Converting WordPress Zip File to Blogger

I am trying to transfer the content from my WordPress blog to Blogger. My WordPress blog is suspended, so I can't get into the tools section. They did, however, enable me to store all of the site content into a zip file. How do I import the zip file to Blogger?

Could you please let me know what the contents in this zip file are? Does it also include database?

Blogger does not allow importing the zip file.

The files include blog posts, media, and links. It's a zip file, but I did extract the XML files and tried to download them one at a time.
